DPR Construction has completed numerous, successful healthcare projects with Advanced Electrical Solutions in the past three years, which speaks to the level of quality and service provided by AES. Their attention to the correct scope of work beginning from the initial stages of preconstruction through the final stages of closeout is unique and truly a valuable component to their partnership approach.

During the Aventura Hospital and Medical Center Geriatric Psychiatric project, AES’ team was integral in the success of this fast paced and technical project. Working so closely to sensitive patients required incredible amounts of coordination in which AES surpassed all other trade partners and became the shining example of how to operate within and without the construction limits of a healthcare project within an active facility. They were constantly communicating their work activities in a clear and forward thinking manner so that the DPR Construction team could communicate correctly to the hospital’s facilities department and clinical staff. Without their high level of professionalism the project would not have been the success it was. Furthermore, during the AHCA inspection, AES received zero comments from the Electrical Inspector and even complimented their work product. This again is a testament to their high level electrical installations and commitment to the industry of healthcare electrical construction.

In addition, AES has partnered with DPR on design/build delivery models and budgeting practices with owners who have reached out to our team. Knowing that AES will accurately consider all of the required scope be it from a program document or a schematic design, we at DPR feel confident that their partnership in these scenarios always add true value to the end product which drives down total ownership costs. This is a key component to consider as well when the idea of life cycle analysis is presented. Bringing in high value upfront to mitigate high cost activities during the construction and use of the building will drive down costs which AES has been skilled in doing with DPR.

"In the aftermath of Hurricane Ike, which left a trail of surge and wind destruction from Galveston, TX northward to Houston, TX and areas beyond, I was assigned the responsibility of the overwhelming restoration project of the Hilton Hotel in Clear Lake, TX.

​

The Advanced Electrical Solutions team rolled up their sleeves and went to work, answering all my requests for both interior and exterior electrical restoration work, The job consisted of a 24/7 approach with constant change orders and special requests to the end of the nearly four month project. (“AES”) to perform multiple energy conservation projects, from lighting and lighting controls to electrical services at United States Postal Service facilities throughout the United States. AES not only performs the installations at these various sites, but does so in a manner which does not impede any of the USPS mail operations. They provide us with excellent office and project management, field coordination and response time to meet our various needs and those of the USPS. Field manpower is never an issue and AES has the ability to perform large projects simultaneously, regardless of the locations.

Adding to their value, AES has the capability to perform audits and surveys, photometrics, and pre and post measurements and perform turn key projects.
