BGA, Inc has retained the services of Advanced Electrical Solutions, Inc. (“AES”) to perform
multiple energy conservation projects, from lighting and lighting controls to electrical services at United
States Postal Service facilities throughout the United States. AES not only performs the installations at
these various sites, but does so in a manner which does not impede any of the USPS mail operations.
They provide us with excellent office and project management, field coordination and response time to
meet our various needs and those of the USPS. Field manpower is never an issue and AES has the ability
to perform large projects simultaneously, regardless of the locations.


Adding to their value, AES has the capability to perform audits and surveys, photometrics, and
pre and post measurements and perform turn key projects. The AES corporate office not only makes use
of excellent logistical and rapid mobilization skills; they also provide us with key and timely
